Best Price and Excellent Service Dec 23, 2023

My 4-year-old dryer stopped working and my service company tech told me before they would replace the fire safety sensor I must have my dryer vent cleaned from the inside to the outside and I need to hire a company that does that. So I set up 4 appointments with 4 different companies and the 1st company that came out was nice but gave me a quote for $700 and really kept pushing other services. The 2nd company gave a quote for $350 with a $100 off coupon for their Christmas special and the 3rd company called to cancel 30 minutes before the appointment saying they were too busy and understaffed due to it being 3 days before Christmas. Then The Plumbing & Air Service Company sent Tony D. out to check out the situation and give me the price quote. Well, he was extremely nice and straight to the point. He explained and showed me what needed to be done and he gave me the lowest price quote and after all the discounts were applied it would cost only $192 and I could set the cleaning up to be done the next day. I was shocked so I immediately hired The Plumbing & Air Service Company to do the work!!! But unfortunately, due to it being 3 days before Christmas, Tony D. wouldn't be available to do the work but he promised that all their service agents were excellent. So the next day they sent a service agent named Keith G. and as promised he was just as nice, thorough, and excellent as Tony D. Service agent Keith G. also explained everything and showed me how the process works and how he would be doing the work and he also took before and after pictures of his work!!! I would definitely hire The Plumbing & Air Service Company again and as I mentioned before, they also had the best price.

My experience with this company was excellent. Mr. Blake did an excellent job in educating on the problem and keeping me informed on what he was doing. The most impressive part was Mr. Blake showing me what was clogging my dryer vent.
