We had all of our upstairs air ducts replaced by The Plumbing & Air Service Company but still noticed condensation from one of the vents. After speaking with several technicians, Ricky was the one who finally resolved the issue. He was personable, confident, and clearly skilled at what he does—I would absolutely recommend him to friends and family.
I also want to recognize Gary, the office manager. His responsiveness and commitment to improving customer service really stood out. He made sure everything was handled appropriately from start to finish. I would highly recommend both Ricky and Gary to friends and family.
For context, Gentry Air completed the original work when the home was built in 2019 and attempted to fix the issue in July. Unfortunately, I would not recommend them.
