Brennan came back today and rectified all of my concerns and spent a lot of time explaining what happened to me and also how to regulate the hot water heater. These guys came out the same day I called, after 5 even, totally for free with no obligation to purchase something, for a full HVAC unit diagnosis and estimate on repairs or replacement. Damien and the tech he came with found the exact problems, showed them to me, and gave me an exact price for both repair and replacement, which left me with replacement as my choice as it was the far more economically viable decision over repairing my 17-year-old unit. My former HVAC people were in town, but they totally dropped the ball and charged me nearly $500 for a bandaid fix that didn't even correctly locate and diagnose the full problem, nor did it actually work at all. They were then openly upset on the phone, calling me rude and disrespectful before hanging up on me when I called and explained why I was going to cancel the 17-year-long maintenance contract I had with them. Nothing I said to them was untrue, nor did I use any rude language. Within 48 hours of the initial call-out, Dustin and his apprentice were at my home installing the new unit for a great price, and were some of the friendliest and most professional tradesmen I have ever had work on something for me. I will be recommending Plumbing & Air Service Co to my friends and family, as there is really nothing negative at all to say about them. Highly recommended.

Let me start by saying I don’t normally leave reviews, but this deserves a review. On one of the hottest days this year, our AC decided to stop working at around 6 p.m.–8 p.m. This couldn’t have happened at a worse time because my mother is going through chemotherapy. I called multiple companies with no luck of getting someone out. I was even promised by one company I would get a call back to come out, but no one ever called. I finally called The Plumbing & Air Service Co. and explained the situation. They told me they could have someone out in the next 3 hours. I was very hopeful they would call/show up. About 30 minutes before the end of the call window I received a call. The technician was on his way. It was pushing 11:30 p.m. when they arrived. Marcus, the technician, greeted me and started asking questions about what issues/symptoms I was experiencing. He promptly diagnosed the unit and within a few minutes confirmed the root cause and proceeded to fix it and test to ensure it was functioning properly. Our AC was back up and running in under an hour. Marcus was very courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and had a great personality. Five-star service for sure and I appreciate the effort to get the AC unit back up and running with my mother’s medical situation.

Communication was spot on, and Dwight called within minutes of receiving the text that he was on his way. He was very knowledgeable, and I even added some additional services that I have been wanting to have taken care of. I am not from the area, so it's hard to figure out who to use for services that I cannot do myself. Plumbing and Air Service Co. is my go-to plumbing service.

My water heater stopped working on a Saturday before a holiday Monday (New Year's Day). Carl and David came out to look at it on that same day in a couple of hours. I needed a whole new unit, which was about the right timing. The old one was 12 years old. David Rice installed the new one on Tuesday after the New Year holiday, and I have hot water! I am impressed by the quick service and professionalism of David and his associate, Matt. I would definitely call them to service any of my plumbing needs and highly recommend their work.

I'd like to thank Perrin and Nathan, and Maxton specifically for all his due diligence and effort in making our home a safer place. Prior to purchasing this home the roofers failed to hook the dryer vent up to the escape hole in our roof. Perrin was able to illustrate through his diagnosis the danger and hazard involved by taking photos of what the roofers failed to do. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in his description and showed us what was happening. He also nailed my gutter back on which was falling off even though this was not part of his job description. I would recommend these guys any day of the week. We felt as if Perrin was honest about every problem going on with our dryer vent and unit. I basically feel like he saved our lives due to the potential danger involved and lint accumulation. We have a small child and it’s really a burden off our shoulders considering all he did for us. We were doing laundry for the past 4 years and all the lint was being extracted to the attic instead of outside. He was able to fix everything and was professional and courteous. I totally recommend this company and think they should give him a raise based on all he did for us. He basically saved our lives. We also signed up for the service agreement. We have a Trane HVAC, one of the best, so a little preventative maintenance goes a long way. Thank you for all you did for us. God bless and stay safe. Thank you again.
