Awesome Company! I have asthma, COPD, and sleep with a CPAP. My blower quit on me this past Saturday; they couldn't get the blower until Wednesday. In June of 2024, The Plumbing & Air Company sent Tony to us when our central air suddenly stopped working. Tony got it repaired to our satisfaction. And in December, we had to replace our entire HVAC system due to the neglect of the previous owners of this home not taking care or maintaining the upkeep. However, there was one little hiccup and we had to call and ask them to send someone out to take a look, and our technician today was once again Tony. We really like Tony, and we trust him a lot. He takes the extra time to explain everything to us in layman's terms so that we are not left wondering. We find Tony to be honest, friendly, and trustworthy and we highly recommend him. Thank you, Tony, for fixing our issue today to ensure we stay warm tonight!

I highly recommend this company! I wouldn't use anyone else! Taylor Ezell came to my rescue immediately and replaced my OLD unit with a new one, the same day I called. Taylor provided a maintenance package for me including HVAC, Water Heater, and Electric, which saves me from having another flood. Brennan provided service for installation, was very informative, and with grace, guided me through the process. Keith is dedicated and driven! He was very thorough and informative the entire time he worked on my AC unit. I couldn't be more pleased—he worked diligently for hours until he got it back up and running. From the customer service rep to the 2 techs I met, top-notch service! They even brought in window units while my part was pending delivery. I definitely recommend doing business with this company.

November 12, 2024, Tony Driggers inspected my HVAC systems. He was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and treated me with respect. He explained everything he had inspected and everything was working well. I appreciate his kindness as well. February 28, 2024, Keith Goins came out to inspect my HVAC system as well as all of the other equipment associated with the HVAC. He is always so cheerful, friendly, kind, and respectful. He instructed me on how to set the temperature on my system and he set it up so that the emergency heat will engage when the temperature drops below freezing. He also installed surge protectors, more security for me. February 4, 2024, Brennan Bestpatch was absolutely fabulous! I was worried sick because of a leak and resulting mold. Brennan checked everything out and there was damage that would definitely need repair. I was so afraid that it would cost me a lot of money for the repairs, but he referred me to a company that specializes in those types of damages. There will be no cost to me and they will deal with the insurance company. Also, I was not charged for the visit since the original work is under warranty. Brennan was so kind, considerate, and understanding. He truly cared about the situation, my feelings, and my well-being. January 25, 2024, James was great. He was kind and friendly and explained everything to my satisfaction. He took pictures of his work, which I think is a great idea. James made me feel valued as a customer and friend. November 22, 2023, Richard did great as usual. He was on time, and finished the job quickly. He was friendly, kind and treated me as a valued customer and friend. October 20, 2023, Richard finished setting up my generator and tested it. He also installed a carbon monoxide detector. He was friendly and efficient. My generator is now up and ready for the next power failure. October 18, 2023, Richard came out to finish setting up my generator and to do a test run on it. Unfortunately, the gas company had not connected the gas lines with the gas tank, so the test run could not be completed. Richard advised me to call the propane company and tell them that they need to make that connection so that my generator can be up and running. He assured me that as soon as the lines were connected, he would come out and do what is necessary to get the generator up and ready. Richard was professional, kind, considerate, and explained things to me in terms that I could easily understand. He made me feel valued as a customer. I trust him. October 9, 2023, I had my HVAC, water heater, pipes, and all of my duct work cleaned and sanitized. It was all done by 5:30! Excellent teamwork. Everyone was professional, courteous, kind, and considerate. They treated me with respect. They also did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. I now feel safer knowing that I will have heat this winter, I will have hot water, my pipes are not leaking, and my duct work is clean and has things in place that will prevent the mold from coming back. Feeling safe and having staff that are kind and considerate are very important to me. October 6, Allan and Damien came out today to assess my HVAC. They were kind and respectful, and after they completed the inspection they explained the issues with the HVAC. They also found that my water heater is rusted and leaking and pipes were corroded. I had dealt with another company regarding the water heater and that other company did nothing about it. Needless to say, The Plumbing and Air Service will be installing a new water heater, HVAC and replacing the corroded pipes. The price is reasonable considering how much is to be done. The work is scheduled for Monday. I am so glad I found The Plumbing and Air Service, they make me feel safe and I trust them.
