New A/C installed, new duct work installed, new electrical panel installed. No problems with AC unit but problem came with them telling me that the county inspector was going to be at my house one day but then come to find out he wasn't scheduled correctly. So now have to take another day off work for the inspector. Not too happy with this but the rest went really well.

Corey took very little time to diagnose the problem
Contacted the office regarding a problem with my newly installed upstairs air conditioner unit. The actual problem was not with the unit itself, but the evaporator coil. Personally, I feel the evaporator coil was the problem the entire time, but the previous company I contacted this summer convinced me that the problem was with the air conditioner unit, and after spending $7,200 for a new unit, the problem was not fixed. Long story there! Corey took very little time to diagnose the problem and was very concise in explaining what the real issue was. He is extremely polite, professional, and thorough. He provided an affordable estimate, easing my fears that I would have to take out a 2nd mortgage! I am happy that I contacted Plumbing and Air Service and will not hesitate to contact them again.
