We were very pleased with this experience, as our request for A/C service was handled promptly, professionally, and pleasantly by your scheduler, who took my initial phone call, and by Blake, the technician. He arrived at my daughter's house at the appointed time, analyzed the problem she was having with her A/C, and quickly took the steps necessary to ensure that the system was functioning properly once again. He also provided some simple recommendations on how to better prolong the A/C's proper performance.
