Great company! I've used them twice at 2 houses this week. Chris went above and beyond his duty to fix the lines of my washing machine. He ended up tracing all the pipes only to find that I needed a pressure regulator valve on the main line from the street. Installation took 5 minutes, saved me the cost of a new washer, and brought my house up to code. I'm happy as can be.

Finally cool air upstairs!
These two guys who showed up were both nice, honest, and hardworking. They went above and beyond and saw everything that was wrong with my AC/HVAC system that 13 people before them did not. This includes 8 from the Gas Company who missed a great deal of issues. I finally have cool air coming into my upstairs instead of leaking into and cooling my attic. They worked for nearly four hours until everything was properly cleaned and put back together safely and correctly to benefit my teenage daughter and our 3 cats. Last night was the first night I could sleep with not only clean air in my house but cool temperatures upstairs. So, truly thank you!

Joel also explained financing for a new HVAC system that would outperform the existing equipment and correct all the issues we are having. However, we were not able to proceed with service at this time. Joel made sure to provide contact information should our financial situation improve or we are able to find a different solution. As I have noted previously, we trust this company. They are straightforward, knowledgeable, and deliver rapid service. Dwight Duncan did an excellent job and was very personable and helpful. He helped me change the furnace filter that P&A installed as well since my handyman is unable to right now. He also found a tub stopper that is stuck in the upstairs bath that I had forgotten about and I will be getting that fixed soon. I was also pleased to have my water tested and found to be so good as to be close to perfect! He was a very nice, friendly and kind man and I enjoyed having him do my plumbing checkup today and hope to have him come back again in the future. Excellent job! Thank you!
