We were very pleased with this experience, as our request for A/C service was handled promptly, professionally, and pleasantly by your scheduler, who took my initial phone call, and by Blake, the technician. He arrived at my daughter's house at the appointed time, analyzed the problem she was having with her A/C, and quickly took the steps necessary to ensure that the system was functioning properly once again. He also provided some simple recommendations on how to better prolong the A/C's proper performance. At the conclusion of Blake's visit, we were happy to sign up for ongoing services provided by the Home Comfort Club.

The crews arrived by 8:45, very professional, and said they would have our old second-floor air conditioning system and the first-floor furnace/air conditioner replaced the same day. By 2 p.m., they had our old 2nd floor Rheem system removed and a new two-stage Rheem system installed by 2 p.m. The first-floor gas furnace and air conditioning system was replaced and running by 6 p.m. A very professional crew and an excellent job performed in one very hot day.

High quality plumbing and technicians! Joel and Emil are top notch and professional, and the work was done efficiently and timely, with great communication! They replaced our 21+ year old water tank with a new Bradford White that comes with a 10-year warranty! They also replaced the well pump tank (and bladder that had a hole in it, that was apparently caused by the previous plumber over-pressurizing it and over-charging for work he didn't actually do, according to the invoice).
I CANNOT RECOMMEND "RHINO PLUMBING," but I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND these guys who also communicated with me continuously as part of their service, which is the opposite of what Rhino did.
Joel also gave us a 2-year service plan for our HVAC twice-yearly inspections and cleaning for FREE AND a military discount!
You can hire lesser qualified plumbers, who you may or may not regret hiring (Rhino Plumbing), or you can hire this company and KNOW the work is done and done right. A+
