After speaking with several technicians, Ricky was the one who finally resolved the issue. He was personable, confident, and clearly skilled at what he does—I would absolutely recommend him to friends and family.
I also want to recognize Gary, the office manager. His responsiveness and commitment to improving customer service really stood out. He made sure everything was handled appropriately from start to finish. I would highly recommend both Ricky and Gary to friends and family.
For context, Gentry Air completed the original work when the home was built in 2019 and attempted to fix the issue in July. Unfortunately, I would not recommend them.

Dwight originally showed up to address our concerns: low water pressure and two leaking external spigots which were going into the foundation. Even though the house inspection had passed all primary equipment, the water heater was over 20 years old. Brandon Lewis and his plumbing associate worked expeditiously to install the new water heater, PVR, and spigots. When they were done he went over the details of the new equipment and we checked the water pressure, cross basement shut-off valve, and spigots. My husband and I were both happy with the service.
