Paul came out late Friday to give us a quote to replace an existing unit. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining our options. I appreciate the time he gave to assist us in making an informed decision.

Reliable, polite, very nice. Wanted to know what needed to be done, then started to look at what I wanted. Then discussed what was best, wrote me an estimate, and went from there. Great person, could follow what he said. Purchased a unit for replacement. Always do a good job.

We were looking to replace our AC unit on the second floor. The person came out and went over all options. We had about five different companies for quotes. We decided to go with the plumbing and air because they were reasonable. We decided to get both units replaced because we knew it was a matter of time before the other unit goes out. We got the estimate last Wednesday and made the decision to go with them on Friday. They set up to come on Tuesday, and then they called and said they would like to come out Monday to begin work. Two crews showed up and they worked hard! They never took a break or lunch. They were at my house at 9:10 and left at 7:30. Tuesday came and one crew showed up at 8:30 and left at 7:45. Again, these men worked hard and did not take breaks. The men were clean and careful to lay drop cloths so as not to damage my floors. They were very respectful! I, without a doubt, would highly recommend them! You will not be sorry.
