UPDATE 22 Jan 26: This company has a superb, professional, and highly competent field supervisor (Joshua Windsor), whose integrity was evident when he came to our home to investigate a smell with our water and immediately discovered the problem. It was an issue that a different type of water filtration equipment would be needed to correct the problem, and Josh explained every step he would take to correct it. I am still impressed by Mr. Windsor's honesty and his willingness to do all the work over two days to install the most impressive water filtration system I've ever seen or even heard of. The Plumbing and Air Service should give Joshua a huge bonus and raise! Because of his willingness just to make things right, at the company's expense, he and they have earned our respect and future business. Stellar work, Joshua! UPDATE 15 Oct 25: Today Maxton came out and installed a bidet seat and a sink drain, and took time to label all the parts of our well system so we all know which way the water flows and where the shutoff valves are. He is a very competent plumber and very professional and respectful. Thank you, Maxton, for a job well done! UPDATE 1 Oct 25: Today, Emil, a plumber, came out to repair a leak on one of our sinks and he was very kind, professional, and competent. Thank you, Emil! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ UPDATE 18 Sep 25: Today, Tyler came to install my parents' Toto bidet and ADA toilet. He was competent and took the time to carefully make sure the job was done right. One thing is for sure... we shouldn't have any problems with any of our plumbing for at least 20 years... 😎 High quality plumbing and technicians! Joel and Emil are top notch and professional, and the work was done efficiently and timely, with great communication! They replaced our 21+ year-old water tank with a new Bradford White that comes with a 10-year warranty! They also replaced the well pump tank (and bladder that had a hole in it, that was apparently caused by the previous plumber over-pressurizing it and overcharging for work he didn't actually do, according to the invoice). I cannot recommend Rhino Plumbing, but I definitely recommend these guys who also communicated with me continuously as part of their service, which is the opposite of what Rhino did. Joel also gave us a 2-year service plan for our HVAC twice-yearly inspections and cleaning for free and a military discount! You can hire lesser qualified plumbers, who you may or may not regret hiring (Rhino Plumbing), or you can hire this company and know the work is done and done right. A+ ************* Joel and Chris came out to help us try to find a shower that my elderly parents can use to better accommodate their limitations. Chris is also an outstanding asset and representative of your company. He formulated a plan for my elderly parents and we were astounded to know y'all are able to come out and install the new shower tomorrow! Thank you for the way y'all do business... Brandon and Carson were also part of our well water system refurbishment and have been very patient with the Brita Whole House, 3-filter water filtration system supplier, as Brita had manufactured two systems that have defects. Although the Brita system is rated extremely high, we still had issues with workmanship, but the plumbers are going above and beyond to make things right for their customers. 21 Aug 25: Today our water pressure went to zero. Called the office and, amazingly, Maxton King showed up within the hour! He took his time, troubleshot the whole system, and diagnosed the problem with a toilet that had a faulty flapper. That leaky flapper was apparently causing the well pump system to sense the leak and it went into emergency mode and caused the water pressure to drop. Since our toilets are all over 21 years old, Maxton was able to give us a deal on brand new ones (top quality models) for a buy one, get one 50% off cost!
