Very happy with the installation of my water heater. They did a great job! There was a lot more to installing my new one than I realized. They were very professional and didn't cut any corners. They had to go to Lowe's to get what they needed so they could put vents in the panel, and it looks better than it did before they worked on it.

Guy Thacker came out, took a look at my 1985 A/C that had finally given up, and explained all my options and helped me pick the best system for my aging home. He was very professional and thorough. My A/C went out on Sunday. I called them that evening, and they came out Monday afternoon. They offered me a morning appointment, but we were going to be away from the house, so we deferred to the afternoon. They discovered that the A/C unit was fine, but that I needed some electrical wiring repairs. They performed a workaround and got the cool air going again. They actually did not charge anything, not even the $49.95 dispatch fee. They scheduled their electrical crew to come out on Wednesday since we were not going to be at home on Tuesday. This survey does not have a zero paid option, so I clicked on $1-100.

His inspection and assessment of the electrical system was comprehensive and thorough, and his explanations of what he found were clear, concise, and useful. The Service Rep provided a variety of options on how to address needed repairs and preventive work—and each option included cost, warranty, time to complete, etc. These folks are first rate in every regard.
Note: We requested an assessment of the overall status of our electrical system in order to arrange "preventive maintenance" repairs if/as needed with a cost estimate.
