The guys at Plumbing & Air Service Co. were very professional & knowledgeable, They were considerate of our Covid-19 high-risk issue by wearing masks & gloves when inside the house. We had hoped it was a minor issue causing our 45 year old toilet to not retain water, but they determined it needed to be replaced - not surprising given its age & condition. They checked the vent stacks & cleaned them out, but that didn't cure the problem So they replaced the toilet, fixed a tub faucet issue, and cleaned everything up before they left. Problem solved the day after it began! I'm very pleased with the results. My only issue is that I would have preferred a choice in the new toilet, but now I know to question that before-hand. I will definitely call them the next time we have a plumbing issue.

Came out to preform PM. Unit is a 2017 RUUD heat pump. Capacitors and components are amping as they should. Upon taking doors off of air handler there was no sign of growth within air handler. Noticed drain line did not have a breather T after the P Trap. Cleaned outdoor unit for customer. Took the top off of the system and vacuumed inside of unit out. Talked with homeowner about possible upgrades. Customer stated the unit is only 3 years old and shouldnâ€™t have any issues with system for a while. Offered homeowner surge protector, hard start kit, and a EZ trap. Customer is very interested in the surge protector but does not have the funds to do any work at the moment since he just spent so much with our plumbers. Explained to customer I would email estimates over and if he decided to go with any of the upgrades all he would have to do is call and we could return to complete work.
Leave the thermostat. Mobile home unit. Sold 16 seer financed with service finance. 6.9% no interest no payments for six months. Long-term customer military discount. Will use given equipment with mobile home furnace and coil. May need to add additional return grill into door. Customer will do that if needed.
After inspecting the issues we recommend the repairs listed above. We will dispose of the old commodes and install new wax seals on each new commode. We will include flange bolts and new supply lines. Summary- replaced 3 commodes in upstairs womenâ€™s bathroom with new American standard 10â€™ rough ends. Kohler was unavailable. Tested all commodes for working order. No leaks or issues. Still a bunch of residual water on the floor. Told customer to allow time to dry.
I arrived today to perform the pre approved work. I replaced both of the electronic 14 inch dampers on the system today. I removed both old dampers in sealed and installed the two new dampers and tested their function. We left the existing zone board and bypass dampers in place. The system is running properly at this time.
Customer has a new gas stove they want installed they had another company out and they wouldnâ€™t install it because the shutoff is hardpiped on the stove this estimate will be to shut the gas off in the basement and relocate the shutoff to where it comes through the floor and install a flex connector from the shutoff to the stove
